Please put bin out at the curb the night before.
Bin should be removed as soon after pick up
as possible and moved out of sight.

Recycling is mandatory in the City of Sarasota
Yard waste - Tuesdays
Please, small bundles for easy loading!
Furniture, Appliances, Electronics, etc.
The City will pick these up for FREE.
Before putting it at your curb,

Laurel Park's zoning allows for an accessory living unit (up to 600 sq. ft. ) to be constructed in addition to your single family residence.  There is no impact fee charged to do this! This is incentive  was created to encourage the addition of more housing units to our city's downtown.
